What would you like to see IMG Group achieve within the upcoming years?

I would like to see all the plants within the Group working together on projects aimed at creating ecological awareness among consumers in order to be responsible for future generations, promote healthy social relationships, and prevent the depletion of natural resources.

How do you think IMG Group can improve/what steps do you believe they can take to further the regenerative approach?

Having physical sessions among the different experts from all the plants within the Group to share experiences and projects, I believe, would be a good idea. In addition, encouraging competition among all the plants in the implementation of improvement projects.

Since you have started with the company, you have played a role in initiatives to improve Mexico’s production site. How have you seen the site improve, and how do you hope to see it improve in the future?

I believe that the implemented projects have helped as part of the Group's strategy to create a culture of teamwork among all workers, and in turn, make them feel recognized for the excellent work they do.

You have also helped the marketing department with several projects since you joined the team. What has been your favorite project you’ve helped with?

The project I've liked the most is the implementation of the “idea” project within the organization. Through a suggestion box, the staff have a means to share their ideas, which are then evaluated for implementation. This way, the voice of the workers is considered, and they, in turn, receive recognition.
