EcoBar™ is a PET-based barrier film developed for perishable foods that need extended shelf life. The barrier performs with or without modified atmosphere packaging. EcoBar™ seals hermetically to universal lidding films, has high clarity and gloss, and runs on Form-Fill-Seal lines. The structure is over 90% PET by mass, which supports thinner films in some applications and reduces package weight.Resin identification: EcoBar™ is formulated to meet the composition requirements for resin identification code 1 under ASTM D7611/D7611M.
